Around the same time, Rajput asked Chakraborty to go out as his sister Meetu Singh was coming to remain with him for a couple of days, as per the objection.

"It has now become visible that Rajput on June 8 told his sister Priyanka that he would not have the option to acquire the said drugs without a solution. His sister Priyanka along these lines around the same time sent him a remedy marked by one Dr Tarun Kumar, working with the Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Delhi," the objection said.

"At first sight, the solution seemed, by all accounts, to be created. The drugs endorsed by the specialist are denied from being recommended electronically without meeting with the patient," Chakraborty said in the grievance.

"Rajput kicked the bucket only a couple of days after he acquired the medicine, wherein he was unlawfully recommended psychotropic substances at the command of his sister Priyanka and the specialist Tarun Kumar," she said.

Rhea in her protest asked the Bandra police to explore if these meds, which fall under the ambit of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotrophic Substances (NDPS) Act, brought about the crumbling of Sushant's psychological well-being or his passing on June 14.

In the wake of being addressed by the NCB on Monday, Rhea went to the Bandra police headquarters to record her announcement. No FIR had been stopped into the issue till late night.

She included that in these messages, Priyanka exhorted Sushant to take different meds controlled under the NDPS Act.

"It appears to be that according to my conversation with the perished at that point, he had educated his sister that he would not have the option to get the said drug without a remedy… Shockingly it has not become known that his sister Priyanka had therefore, around the same time, sent him a solution by one Dr Tarun Kumar, partner educator of cardiology from Dr Ram Manohar Lohia medical clinic in New Delhi," the grumbling read.

It included, "Prime facie the said record seems produced and manufactured… Dr Kumar seems to have endorsed medicine (controlled) under the NDPS Act to the perished with no discussion as ordered by law."

"Actually, the medications recommended by Dr Kumar were precluded from being endorsed electronically under the telemedicine practice rules," the objection further said.

Rhea likewise asserted that the medicine arranged by Priyanka and the specialist, "in conspiracy with one another", is a manufactured and bogus archive given that it shows Sushant to be an OPD persistent when on the date and time, he was in Mumbai and not in Delhi.
